Does Pakistan deserve aid for flood victims?

More than 20 million people have been affected by the biggest floods in the history of Pakistan. United Nations spokesman Maurizio Giuliano said, “The size of this disaster is equivalent to Austria, Switzerland and Belgium combined. That's pretty scary.”

Professor Martin Gibling of Dalhousie University in Halifax, Canada thinks that the floods in Pakistan can be linked to climate change. The global warming is a main reason behind the unseen weather pattern around the world. The flood in Pakistan is likely to be caused by the global warming. The reckless policies of the West have created the global warming.

The other reason behind the sufferings of the flood victims is the lake of capacity of the Pakistani government. This lack of capacity is due to economic problems in Pakistan resulting from the invasion of Afghanistan by the West.

The global warming and invasion of Afghanistan by the West are the two main reasons behind the misery of the flood victims in Pakistan. This is why the West is obliged to help Pakistan.
