Olympics: Who is the winner London or Beijing?

The Western media was quick to criticize China during the Beijing Olympics. However, in London some of the underground trains overheat and breakdown. The people had to wait for nine hours to wait for prepaid tickets which were promised to be delivered at their homes. On top this train workers threatened to strike on the day of the Opening Ceremony.

The security company G4S which was awarded the security contract for the London Olympics, failed to supply guards as agreed. British MP, David Winnick told the G4S Chief executive Nick Buckles that, “It's a humiliating shambles”.

One of the London train commuter said, “What's going to happen when everybody does descend onto London? If it's already too hot after having like 24 hours of summer - you know for the whole of summer - it's ridiculous, we're not going to cope; it's going to be a bit of a fiasco and people are going to get stranded.”

Asia's Olympic chief, Sheikh Ahmad Al-Fahad Al-Sabah said, “I think London faces a big challenge because Beijing was such a great success, and people are watching to see what they will do in their Games.”

London Olympics experiment is likely to end up as “a humiliating shambles” and “a bit of a fiasco” because it never has resources or will to match Beijing Olympics. Wait for the London Olympics opening ceremony and compare it with Beijing Olympics opening ceremony. The result will be on the screen.
